Generated Content

Ownership

  • You retain rights in prompts and input materials you are authorized to use
  • Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for your account
  • Commercial use depends on your plan, purchased rights, and compliance with platform rules

Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them in regulated, commercial, or sensitive contexts.

Billing, Credits, And Subscriptions

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Subscription fees renew automatically unless canceled
  • Credit packages and subscription entitlements may be subject to plan-specific rules
  • Failed or reversed payments may suspend access to paid features
  • Refund decisions are handled case by case unless local law requires otherwise

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model behavior, or output suitability for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uni-1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
